Art and culture study allowance applications to start in June

The Cultural Affairs Bureau (ICM) is planning to subsidize local residents’ undergraduate and master degree programs in art and culture outside of Macau. The application period will start June 10 through to July 12. The allowance budget is MOP6 million in total and 50 local students will benefit. The subsidy will be granted for study in four professional areas namely performing arts, visual arts, cultural and creative industries as well as cultural heritage. Students studying in the mainland, Taiwan and overseas can receive a yearly allowance ranging from MOP30,000 to MOP120,000. copyright@MACAU DAILY TIMES
